I have both the cardio and sculpt ones. Perhaps the point is to use Bob's part to elevate your heart rate and the other two to keep it up there but give you a little recovery after the Bob bootcamp.

Caedio best answer that I can give calories by looking at other internet sites,is if you use kickboxing for the cardio max and low pact aerobics for the power sculpt in the fitness tracking that gives a pretty close estimate to what calories you have burned.
